  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand in the future.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select regions)
    You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over £60 (UK mainland only).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Modasopic is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

  • If your order is delayed, missing, or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours at info@modasopic.com.

7. Receiving Alcohol

  • Alcohol orders require a recipient who is 18 years or older at the delivery address. Age verification may be requested upon delivery.

8. Packaging & Sustainability

  • All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and prevent breakage.

  • We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible to reduce environmental impact.
