1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable food or opened wine bottles, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed food or beverages

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Customized or specially packaged gift sets

  • Products returned after the 14-day window

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@modasopic.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation or photo (especially for damaged/faulty items)

We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the refund approval status via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement, credit, or full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods), we will cover return shipping.

  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
