Modasopic Refund and Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • If the product has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or quality issue (see “Damaged or Defective Items”).

All returned items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable food items
  • Opened or used items (e.g., food products, supplements, etc.)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Personalized or custom items

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. You will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number and the address to send the return.

  3. Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective (see below).

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same credit card, PayPal account, or payment method used for the initial purchase.
  • Refund Amount: Please note that the refunded amount will be the price of the returned item(s) minus any shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue by offering you a full refund or an exchange, including covering the return shipping costs.

To expedite the process, please provide the following when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

We will arrange for a free return label to be sent to you, and once the returned item is received, we will issue your refund or process an exchange.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Refunds for the returned item will be processed as soon as we receive it.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the specified time period, please check the following:

  • Bank or Credit Card Processing Time: It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing time.

8. Return Exceptions

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including for:

9. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a mistake made by Modasopic (e.g., wrong or defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
